Please carefully read the following return policy
We care about customers’ satisfaction. That's why returns to uShopMall are fast and easy! If customers are dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason, they may return it to uShopMall within 30 days of receipt. Please follow the return instruction below and to return the product.
1. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer may obtain a RMA number by contacting uShopMall customer service.
2. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. If the original retail package is opened, 15% restocking fee will be applied. For products that customers have concerns with, contacting manufacturer first to determine if the product is defective or the product was used inappropriately is highly recommended.
3. Shipping fee is not refundable, and buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Tracking and insurance are highly recommended. For free shipping items, outbound shipping charges will be deducted from refund if the reason of return is not of a result of defective or a uShopMall fault.
4. Please mark the RMA # outside the shipping box. The RMA # will expire in 7 days and the return must be received by .
5. Return must be received before refund or replacement can be placed.
6. To accelerate return process, please erase all personal data and password of the computer. uShopMall is not responsible for the loss of data during the service process.
7. Products that are received by uShopMall in any of the following conditions may be rejected, or up to 50% restocking fee will be charged:
• Any product not purchased from uShopMall
• Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., A return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection) or intentionally damaged.
• Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
• Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
• Any product that exhibits physical damage.
• Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
