Does this router handle SIP traffic well? I know I need to be able to disable ALG and need QOS enabled as it will be connected to a Ipitomy VOIP PBX system and running SIP lines for a Answering service.

I use a SIP phone connected to this router, and I have had no problems with it. I didn't have to do any special configurations for it to work - I just went through the basic configuration wizard to set up the router. I use a Cisco phone going through the Vonage Business service.

Does this device require cloud connectivity to work, or can it function with full features without interaction with Ubiquiti's cloud?

It can be managed without needing to to connect to a controller or cloud account. The ER-4 has a web interface for management and can be managed via command line

Does the router have WAN aggregation?

Both WAN ports can be used in either active/failover or active/active load balanced mode.

Does this router support simultaneous 1gb speed on all ports? from wan to lan
