Is this a fan-less switch?

I own one, and if it does have a fan, I've never heard it.  Based on the case design, I'm fairly certain that it is fan-less with heat sinks for temperature dissipation.   Hope this helps.

Does the power supply support dual voltage (100-240v)?

Per the label on the power supply, it reads Input: 100-240V~ 1A(1A) MAX 50/60Hz.  The power supply has a C13 male connector, so if you need to use something other than the C13/C14 power cord that comes with it, you should be able to swap it out for your use.

Yes it does through the management software. Ubiquiti’s terminology is a little different but it’s not hard to figure out.

It will power MOST UAP models (all models that support PoE or 802.3af power, at 15W @ 48V, such as the UAP-AC Lite, AC LR, AC Mesh, AC-M, AC-Pro, AC-IW and NanoHD), but some of the more expensive models require PoE+ (also known as 802.11at, which is 30W @ 48V), such as the UAP‑AC‑HD, or even PoE++ (802.11bt, which can be either 55W or 90W @ 48V), such as the UAP‑XG and UWB‑XG. Note that post-2017-manufactured UAP models that normally use 24V PoE will also work at standard 48V PoE, but models from 2017 and earlier do not and will be damaged by 48V power unless an "Instant" adapter is used to step the power down to 24V.
