Question 1

Hi. Is this a key for Steam or U-Play? I know the DRM says Ubisoft but the way I understand it, you are still required to install U-Play even if it's activated on Steam. I really am trying to hold out for it to go on sale on Steam mainly because that's what I use to play all of my other games but if this key will work with Steam I will buy it. Also, I know I can add non-Steam games to my Steam library but I don't gain Steam achievements this way. Any help figuring this out will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The key from NewEgg that I bought requires U-Play, so even if you buy it through Steam, you will still have to download and install U-play to play the game.

I'm not sure if you will get Steam achievements if you buy it through Steam, but that would make sense; I added to my games list through Steam, but it doesn't show achievements; there is no work around that I know of for this.

I don't mind though, because I paid less than $7 for the game (Deluxe Edition) - hope this helps - good luck!

Is this the game plus DLC or just a collection of the DLC to add onto the game?

you have quest called "Main Scenario Quest" which is solely your personal adventure through the game all the way to max level. at some points you will need some assistance from friends or fellow adventurers.
