| Q1 | Q1: Is it compatible with AirPods or AirPods Pro 2? |
|---|---|

| Q2 | How long will it lag during the usage? |
| A2 | It is less than 200ms. |
| Q3 | How do I restore the factory settings? |
| A3 | Under the power-on condition, long press the multi-function key for 10 seconds, the blue indicator light is always on for 5S to restore the factory settings. |
| Q4 | Can it be used for guitar or piano? |
| A4 | NOT recommended, please use professional adapter. Most instrument like guitars or mixers require 2.4G transfer to achieve audio signal synchronization. | Important Reminder: | If you cannot connect, please note the following: |
| 1) | Incorrectly entered pairing mode: Press and hold the function button for more than 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly in both red and blue. This indicates that you have entered pairing mode. If the light is solid or flashing in a single color, the device is not actively paired and will not be discovered. |
| 2) | Incorrect Bluetooth connection mode: Supports both receive (RX) and transmit (TX) modes. If you need to send signals to devices such as headphones, please ensure that you switch to transmit mode (TX) before use. If it is mistakenly set to receive mode, it will not work. |
| 3) | Interference from multiple device connections: If the Bluetooth device automatically reconnects to other Bluetooth devices, causing pairing failure, it is recommended to "Forget this device" or "Unpair" in the Bluetooth settings of the connected mobile phone or computer, and then search for and connect ag |
| 4) | Strong magnetic interference may be causing connection failure, such as on a metal desktop. It is recommended to keep the device within 10 meters free of obstacles. |
