Can I use it in the shower?
Yes. It has an IPX7 waterproof rating, so it can be used in the shower with shampoo and rinsed under the tap. Dry it after use and keep the charging port away from water.
Does the massage feel good and are there speed settings?
It has 3 modes and 5 intensity levels, with 72 comb teeth for a 360° kneading massage. It is designed for scalp relaxation.
How long does the battery last and does it auto shut-off?
It uses a USB-C rechargeable battery and automatically shuts off after 10 minutes to prevent overuse. Charge for 3 hours before first use.
When charging, the battery cannot be charged (or is extremely low) ?
Usually, residual water or moisture in the charging port causes a short circuit. Before charging, make sure the charging port is absolutely dry. Use a dry cotton swab to absorb the moisture and let it dry completely before charging.
Is it normal for the handle to get hot when charging?
Slight fever is normal, but if it is obviously hot to your hands, please stop charging immediately. Check the charging port for water damage. If it is still hot after drying and cannot be charged, please stop using it and contact after-sales service.
