The package from Newegg comes with everything except the rechargeable battery's and they refuse to send out the missing battery's.

Apart from that the Scanner is like new and works perfect, I did have to do a factory reset to clear the last users settings.

Is this refurbished by the Uniden factory or somebody else? What is included in the box?
