Its a 60hz 24bit panel, so it stays the same.  What did you expect from a $330 (when I bought it) 4K 28" TN DP monitor?

Yes, but. It depends on the graphics card in your system - it must also be able to drive at your desired resolution and refresh rate -  it also depends on how you are connected. If your card supports it, you should connect DisplayPort. If you do that, you might get 2160p at 60 Hz. If you do want to set the resolution to 1080p, then I am certain you should get an even higher refresh rate. And then it depends on the game software. I have a somewhat obsolete Radion HD 6700 that is driving at 3840 x 2160 and 30 Fps and connected DVI. This is way better on my eyes than the old monitor. I can connect DP, but haven't tried it, yet. I expect I would get 60 Fps.

Can someone distinguish if this monitor is MST(Multi-Stream) or SST(Single Stream)? You can tell in the driver of some cards. This spec scares me since its not listed anywhere for this display.

When you connect via DP1.2, its a single plug.  My Radeon 290X pushes UHD (3840x2160p) at 60 FPS over this cable to the monitor.  In this mode, its 8 bit per color for 16.7 million colors.  To get 10 bit per color, you have to send FHD at 1920x1080 at 60Hz (8 bits per pixel or 256 levels per pixel times 4 pixels = 1024 levels).  Do remember that this is a TN panel as looking from below really reduces the contrast.  Straight on its fine.  You do not need AA at 4K, because the pixels are smaller than you can see at reasonable distances of 3ft or so.  One would have to be at 21 inches for someone with 20/20 vision to differentiate one pixel from its neighbor.

Yes, but I haven't needed to.  I do have a pivot, height, tilt, and rotate stand from a previous monitor that I could put on someday.

The first DP port can do 3840x2160@60hz, so it can do 2560x1440@60hz easily.  HDMI ports 2, 3, and 4 should be able to do the latter as well.   DVI-D can not do 2560x1440@60hz.  You must use dual link DVI-D to do that and this monitor does not have such a port.  Best to just use DisplayPort to the first DP port on the Monitor.  Even my old 7870OC could push 2560x1440p@60Hz.  Its 2GB of VRAM was enough for any reasonable setting at 1440p.
