Does this product support wireless charging for phones?
Yes, it does! This device is an upgraded version of our regular model, now with added wireless charging functionality. Although the cost has increased, it ensures you never have to worry about your phone running out of battery while gaming.
Does this product support wireless charging for phones?
Yes, it’s compatible with both i Phones and i Pads! It’s designed to provide efficient cooling during gaming, streaming, or other intensive use, It’s an excellent choice for Mag Safe-compatible Apple devices and Android devices with magnetic support.
What if the magnetic force of the cooler isn’t strong enough to hold my device securely?
The device may not support magnetic attachment, or the case is too thick. Try removing the case or use the included magnetic plate/back clip for better stability. Note: Adding the plate disables wireless charging.
What should I do if the LCD screen shows an error code?
please refer to the manual for resolution.F1/F4 – High temperature detected.Check for blockages at the fan outlet.Make sure water pipes aren’t squeezed.Add purified water or coolant if the water tank is low. F5 – Please use our power adapter
When I hear fan noise when turned on or notice the cooling performance isn’t as good as before, what should I do?
At startup, if there's air in the pump, it'll be discharged with a few minutes of normal use and the fan sound will drop (down to 21 decibels). If the water tank is short of water, add purified water or coolant (note: see the water adding tips).
