Is the eSATA interface eSATA II (3 Gbps) or eSATA III (6 Gbps)?

eSata is comparable in speed to Sata II as it runs at a theoretical 3 Gbps, just like Sata II. The pairing of USB3 and eSata on this Vantec device is still a good combination.
