Is it possible to get this right away? Also, does it interfere with Wifi signal at all?

No on the wifi interference; this is the best hub I own and it is metal; I hot-glued it to the leg on my steelcase desk so that it is convenient there and saves desk space.

Is  this imac compatible?

The Vantec UGT AH1 USB3 Hub is absolutely compatible with Macs. I am using 2 with my MacBook Pro and they work great. I've had one for about a year and just got a second. Very well-built metal construction.

Does this have On and Off buttons?

One master on/off switch. No individual buttons for each port. Just LED to show if port is active.

I have 3 powered external hard drives. Will they be able to work with this hub?

I have multiple external HDDs, SSDs and peripherals plugged in to a MacBook Pro 24-7. No problem powering. However, I do occasionally have issues with external SSD on a 2 plug USB sled ejecting when coming out of sleep mode in OS X El Capitan. I think that is a Mac OS issue. Drives never eject when I am working all day long. I think the hub is sufficiently powered. However, I have had ejections when I've had say 6 drives plugged in all at once and peripherals and thumb drives plugged in over 2 of these hubs. So, yes, you can overload them. That is pretty rare though.  I routinely have 4 drives plugged into one hub with constant activity. Over the years, I swapped out other cheaper hubs for these guys BECAUSE they are well powered and well built.
