When the car is off, does it still need to provide power for "Park mode" to work? (Where pictures are taken every second or five seconds).

It has limited battery life, which generally lasts for a short while, depending on the settings you use.

If you wish to use park mode for an extended period of time, it will require some form of external power supply.

If your car disables power outlets when turned off, then you may need a battery bank or to connect directly to vehicle power source.

Does this monitor the inside of the car and out side of the car at the same time? How long is the battery life? And how good is this?

It has front and rear recording cameras. Battery life depends on recording settings. I personally just run it charging via the 9v -> USB charging cable, as I dont have it set up to do parking mode recording. If you do want recording while parked/car is off I would recommend getting a small battery pack that can do simultaneous charge and discharge. Otherwise you can find kits to tap one of your cars fuses.

How much video does it store/record and is the memory expandable? If so what type of memory and what is the limit it can be expanded to?

I formatted a 64 GB micro SD card Ultra Plus (XC1), and when I checked on my PC, the camera was using all 60 GB formatted (4 GB reserved).

Does this come with instructions on how to set up the camera (all settings on camera)  or just manual telling customers what the camera has?

It has a little booklet that explains what each setting does.  The menu is pretty intuitive...there was only a few options I didn't know what they were for and the booklet explained it.

I'm not sure, I still having issues with finding right card, almost all of SIM cards are not working with this camera. Sorry could help much

No. This cam does not have wifi. You will have to remove the card or use the USB cable to view.

Generally the reputation of the seller is to be considered as the first line of inquiry, and secondly is of course price and type of product.  For example, if you're buying a designer purse that is otherwise $5,000 normally, but is being sold for $200, that's a good sign. The camera is designed to operate in temperatures from 32 – 158°F
(0-70°C), temperatures outside this range risk degrading the
camera’s performance work and causing damage.
