- DIY Your Cat6 Cables Safely: You can make category 6 cables in preferred lengths quickly and easily by using VCE RJ45 ends. Our cat6 connectors with UL Listed are flame retardant, and safer to use in computer rooms, offices, and homes. Note: you need an end pass-thru crimper (sold separately) to install these plugs
