Why do someone say that it doesn’t work after receiving it or using it for a while?
We are sure this is due to improper locking. If it's a blender jar, reinstall the blade base.

How can I properly close the lid to successfully power on the main unit?
Make sure the protruding edge of the lid snaps into the handle from the right side. The feed chute is near the handle. This must be locked into place to activate the safety spring inside the handle and power on the main unit. Please watch OUR VIDEO.

Can I put it in the dishwasher to wash? Why do someone say that the instruction manual states a temperature below 70°C?
Besides the main unit, all other accessories can be washed in the dishwasher or initiated self-cleaning. The instruction manual is an older version; please feel free to wash it in the dishwasher.

Must use dry ice, put it in quickly, and start the motor quickly to achieve the best results.
