Commercial Vegetable Fruit Chopper
The commercial vegetable chopper adopts heavy-duty aluminum alloy and reliable stainless steel material with one-time die-casting craftsmanship. The chopper body is sustained, solid, and odorless.
The commercial chopper contains 4 interchangeable blades, including three 1/2-inch, 1/4-inch, and 3/8-inch cutting blades, as well as a 6-wedge-shaped slicing blade. You can cut vegetables and fruits into broad kinds of shapes according to your needs.
The elongated long-arm handle features an ergonomic design, the principle of leverage, and a rubber grip sleeve to make operation easy-breezy and offer you comfort.
For the stability of the commercial vegetable cutter, the chopper is equipped with four non-slip feet, which strengthens your force direction and minimizes skidding and shaking to make the operation more labor-saving.
Why is it difficult to cut large potatoes?
1. Make sure the concave side of the blade faces up.
2. If the potato is larger than the blade surface, trim it before cutting.
How can I cut bell peppers or onions?
1. Cut ingredients in half first.
2. Bell peppers: place the cut side toward the blade.
Onions: place the cut side away from the blade.
NOTE: Not recommended for cutting tomatoes or sweet potatoes.
How do I clean the blade?
1. Remove the blade and rinse off loose residue.
2. Use the top or end of the brush to clean any stuck residue.
Why does the blade hit the rubber block?
Please check whether the blade and rubber block are a matching pair, as mismatched parts may collide
