Is the screen glossy or matte black?

it's not glossy I have it next to a Viewsonic 24" LCD, the 27" LED is much better, clearer, easy to read, no glare from sun light, colors more viberent I give it 5 stars. Been buying Viewsonic for over 20 years have great luck. I would recommend

The screen angle can be adjusted?

Yes, it can be tilted up or down but the stand height can not be adjusted. It was too low for me so I had to prop it up on my "Total Hockey Encyclopedia". lol

Yes, the screen will tilt back and forward.  It is not a large pivot though.  Probably about 15 degrees or so.   There is no swivel capability.

Yes, that's where mine is.  I think it's 100mmx100mm.  Had this for 15+ months and love it.

have had monitor for over 6 months, it's awesome a lot clearer/sharper images than an LCD. would recommend this monitor, have been using view sonic for over 20 years and will continue to purchase view sonic, tried a ASUS, DELL and HP once and won't buy again.

OTA.  Does the "menu" have an "add channel" feature?  In other words when you reorient the antenna, do you have to perform a rescan?

Hi, this is a computer monitor only, there is no built in tv tuner.
If you want to use it as a tv you will need to use a separate tuner or cable box or directv box Etc, there are no connections for over the air antenna
