No it doesn't. But is a great monitor for gaming. Don't buy LG LCD monitor there life spam sucks big time. Bought one and lasted for less than a year. See also Samsung great monitor for the buck.

Is 3 year warranty included when purchasing used from ViewSonic Outlet?

Hi there. Used products usually do not come included with a warranty unless specified. I would advise checking the "Warranty and Returns" tab on the product listing page to find out exactly if there warranty is provided. I saw the response time being 5ms (GTG w/OD), 22ms (GTG, Typ). What does w/OF and Typ mean?

OD is overdrive, it's basically over clocking the panel faster than the factory settings. TYP means typical, so the "average" response time of the monitor is 22ms.
