I love this form factor and layout. Battery life is decent. Mouse works and arrow keys with 2011 Samsung Smart TV. All the keys are not mapped correctly. Some alternate key combos work but memorizing them may be more than most are willing to commit the required effort.

DOES BOARD SHOW IF IT IS IN CAP MODE, OR LOW CASE MODE?

From using it, there is no CAPSLOCK mode. Plus, the battery life is terrible, rang is horrible, it is glitchy and way way smaller than it looks. Bad buy.

Does the VisionTek 900508 TouchPad support Windows 8 gestures such as swipe from edge (right=charms, left=appSwitch, top=appBar)?

I need to disable tapping or set it to very low sensitivity. I only want mouse cursor motion with the touch. Can I get it with this model?

I've had mine for about a year, and I do not know of a way to disable, ether the keyboard or touchpad, and unless there is a software that would change the sensitivity there is no way to set that ether. Sorry.

Does anyone know about PS4 compatibility?

Don't know about PS4, but it works great with any PC I have plugged it into. I keep one at work as an emergency access keyboard for our headless systems.
