Which devices are compatible with this controller?
Android 9.0+ phones and tablets connect over Bluetooth. Windows 10 (1903) or later desktop and laptop PCs connect with the included 2.4G receiver or the USB-C cable. It does not support iPhone, iPad, Windows handhelds, Switch
The Bluetooth connection fails or keeps dropping. What should I do?
On Android, charge the controller, then hold PAIR until the LED flashes fast and select "8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wireless" in Bluetooth settings. If it still fails: remove old pairings, restart the device, stay within a few feet, and update the firmware.
Why can't my Windows PC find the controller over Bluetooth?
On Windows, Bluetooth is not supported. Plug the included 2.4G receiver into a USB port, or connect the USB-C cable. Use a rear or direct USB 2.0 port rather than a hub, and keep the receiver clear of other 2.4GHz devices for a stable link.
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?
The 480mAh battery gives up to 32 hours over Bluetooth or 19 hours over 2.4G, and recharges in about 2 hours over USB-C. A low battery is a common cause of dropped connections, so recharge when the power LED starts flashing.
Is there input lag or stick drift when gaming on VITURE glasses?
Hall effect joysticks and linear Hall triggers resist drift, and the polling rate is 1000Hz over 2.4G or wired and 166Hz over Bluetooth. For the lowest latency in cloud gaming and emulators, use the 2.4G receiver or the USB-C cable.
