How to connect the thermal receipt printer and the cash drawer?
Thermal Receipt Printer is connected to the cash drawer with RJ11 cord. Simply plug the cord to both ports on the printer and cash drawer and you should be good to go.
What type of paper does my printer use?
Our direct thermal printer is compatible with most 80mm Thermal Receipt Paper on the market. If you are unsure about the compatibility and we are happy to advise a certain brand.
How will I know when I need to replace the roll?
Our thermal receipt printer will beep along with a red flashing light to indicate out of paper. Once paper is replaced, your content printing should automatically resume
Does this printer work with Square or other third party delivery platforms?
