Doubtful. This is an accessory kit for the Intuos4 pen, not the pen itself. The nibs might work for the pen that comes with the Z8, but the two rubber grips and side button probably won't fit, and if they do, most likely not very well. Particularly the grips since the Intuos4 pen has an "eraser" tip and the pen for the Z8 requires a battery.
