Would this pen work for a Wacom Cintiq 12WX?

No. It wouldn't. The pen and touch pen is specifically designed for the intuos' surface to feel like paper. The Cintiq requires something different.

Does this stylus work for the Intuos Pen & Tablet Small? I lost my stylus and I need a new one.

I think that all the Intros pens are comparable. I got it for the Bamboo and it works.
