The game is downloaded and installed within the Steam client.  If you don’t already have the Steam client installed on your PC, download and install it from the Steam website.  After it is installed, navigate to the “Library” tab located above on the left, then on the bottom left corner of the “Library” tab you will see “ADD Product to Steam”. Then select Steam Product and then just follow the installation prompts and you’ll be on your way!
