will the "Deathstroke" character which was available during pre-order, come with this purchase now or is it available as a DLC?

The best I can tell you is that I did not "pre-order" Origins and the code for Deathstroke was still inside the case. It wasn't sent separately, so I am not sure they ended up really relegating it to pre-orders only.
