Watercool Conversion Kit HEATKILLER® IV for INTEL processors, Stainless Steel (14080)

A socket conversion kit that moves any HEATKILLER® IV CPU water block, BASIC or PRO, to the current Intel sockets, LGA1700 and LGA1851 included. The Watercool Conversion Kit HEATKILLER® IV for INTEL processors (14080) holds two holding plates made of stainless steel plus the assembly material.

One block, a new socket

With this kit, your block can be converted to the Intel bases listed below, and all necessary fasteners are in the scope of delivery. On LGA-1700 you do not need a separate upgrade kit.

What an LGA1700 build needs

For optimal performance on LGA-1700, the available backplate with item number 10014 is recommended: the HEATKILLER IV Backplate INTEL 1700.

Notes

• Use a metal washer between spring and bracket, a plastic washer between stud and mainboard, and tighten the nuts evenly and crosswise.
