10. Memory card in FAT32 format does not support transferring single files larger than 4GB. Memory card in exFAT format can support transfer of a single file larger than 4GB.
Q1: Is the product compatible with UHS-II?
A1: The product can support UHS-II, but the data transfer rate is UHS-I.
Q2: The product is hot during operation.
A2: Due to the data signal in the transmission operation, it will generate a certain temperature, this is a normal phenomenon, the aluminum shell will conduct the internal heat out, so that the product performance and stable use.
Q3: Why my device could not detect the SD card via this adapter?
A3: The host devices with different systems might be compatible with different file formats(NTFS, EXFAT, FAT32 etc).Pls try to change the format to the compatible format. Usually we suggest you could format the SD card EXFAT, this format will be compatible with many systems. For host device like phone, pls make sure your phone support OTG and some phone might require you to enable OTG manually.
