How to Use Hot Stones for Massage?
Power On & Preheat:
Plug in the Electric Bian Stone Gua Sha; the adapter’s indicator light will turn on. Select the yellow light for a gentle start, allowing the stone to preheat for about 5 minutes.
Temperature Settings:
Press the red switch to heat up to a maximum of 100°C (212°F). Continue pressing to adjust:
Red Light: 100°C (212°F)
Green Light: 80°C (176°F)
Blue Light: 60°C (140°F)
White-Light: 40°C (104°F)
Yellow Light: 20°C (68°F)
Turn off the power.
For intense heat, preheat with the red light; or start with a lower temperature and gradually adjust as needed. Use a thin cloth to protect your skin, especially at higher temperatures. and unplug the adapter after use.

Massage Technique:
Head: Massage clockwise from inside to outside.
Abdomen: Massage clockwise around navel, expanding position from inside to outside.

NOTE:
The texture of Bian stone is naturally formed rather than crack, and it is the expression of natural mineral structure.
