How to Use Hot Stones for Massage?
After turning on the power, the indicator light on the adapter will light up, please choose the yellow light to light up. After about 5 minutes, the Electric Bianstone will start to heat up, and it is in a preheating state. When the indicator light is on, you can choose the temperature you want. After about 10-15 minutes, the electric bianstone will reach the temperature you set.
Instructions for Temperature Control:
Press the red switch button, the red light will light up, causing the Electric Bianstone moxibustion pot to quickly heat up to a maximum of around 100°C / 212°F; When the second red light turns green, the temperature will be adjusted to around 80°C / 176°F; When the green light changes to blue light for the third time, the temperature will be adjusted to around 60°C / 140°F; When the fourth blue light turns white, the temperature will be adjusted to around 40°C / 104°F; Press again, it will turn into yellow light, and the temperature will be adjusted to around 20°C / 68°F; Press again to turn off the power.
Precautions:
The operator must understand or can be used by professionals. Check carefully before operation, use it in a safe place with ventilation, adjust the temperature according to your own to avoid burns, do not pull the power cord, and unplug the adapter after use.
NOTE:
- When the bian stone is heated, first select the light as yellow (20°C / 68°F) to start warming up for 5 minutes, and then set the temperature you want according to the temperature.
- If you heat the stone by first selecting the light to red (100°C / 212°F) and start preheating for 5 minutes, the bian stone will become very hot and it will take some time for the temperature to drop.
- When you heat the stone to a high temperature, you can put wormwood sachets at the bottom to work with it. Alternatively, wear a thin cloth to protect your skin or place a thin cloth over the hot stone.
- Our massage stone will not vibrate, mainly rely on heat to massage the body. Continuous working time up to 60 minutes If you need to continue to work, please power off and rest for 30 minutes before working.
