Why are the first few batches of ice smaller?
It’s normal for new ice makers. The first few batches may be smaller as the machine stabilizes. After a few cycles, the ice will become larger and clearer.
What are the sizes of the large and small ice cubes?
There are two ice sizes. Note that the main distinction is in thickness (diameter)
Large ice for juice/ coffee/ Tea ( length 1.30 in, diameter 0.78 in)
Small ice for whisky/ food cooling/ice packs ( length 1.18 in, diameter 0.59 in)
What should I do if the “Add Water” or “Full Ice” indicator stays on?
If the “Add Water” light is on, refill the tank and restart the machine.
If the “Full Ice” light is on but the basket isn’t full, check and clean the infrared sensors—sometimes water droplets or frost can block them.
