Is it Win 10 OS Compatible for sure ?

If you plug the headset in, it will work. So in that sense its compatible. But your bound to have problems with the HERA software, I have seen it work for some people(on Windows 8), but I never got it to work on XP, 7, or 10. Look into getting some third party software, I got mine from Razor. The razor one will enable surround sound for free; but if you want to edit your sound you well have to buy it for $20. IMO it's worth it to get the full potential out of this headset.

In short, it the headset will work in Windows 10 for sure, but you'll be lucky if the software works too.

What's the compatibility?

I'm not sure what you mean by compatibility.

In terms of OS compatibility, there are drivers available for Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8, so that shouldn't be an issue.

The USB plug works with any USB port.

Question 3

My right bass won't work with sounds below 65 hz.  (look on youtube for 55hz).  Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I just purchased it so its brand new.

I have not experienced this problem. Have you tried fiddling with the noise cancellation? Also, the Gamdias support staff seem to be very responsive and helpful. Contacting them is pretty easy and they'll give you a hand. Maybe even replace a faulty headset.

can my son use this to record his voice while making videos of gaming on a mac laptop?

Yes, the mic will work like a regular mic to record any sound input from them.
