Yes - a plastic resealable bag containing the Micro Cleaning Tool Kit which is an adapter, flex-neck extension wand, micro crevice tool, dusting brushes. Have not used these yet as I bought it to blow dust out of computer "innerds" and in there I use a good artist brush with soft hairs just to be safe.

This is a quality product of USA origin and from business that values it's reputation. I highly recommend.

This product only acts as a blower. That said, it does a fantastic job and adjusting the power and flow is relatively easy with the included attachments.You get everything from a wide-open blast to a precise and powerful straw-like tool.

Is this safe to use on cleaning computer components such as gpu & motherboards?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but you will need to stop all fans from being spun by the high speed air from the blower. If you don't, the fan bearings will burn out very quickly. Be especially careful of laptop fans.

The DataVac is a powerful BLOWER, does not vacuum. There is no collection space but it blows far more powerfully than the gas-type cans. I took my computer outside to blow away the dust from the inner crannies and it did a good job. Works great for such things as keyboards, too.

It does what it says and does it well. Glad I bought it!

Is this product okay to use on internal PC components such as motherboards, CPU fans etc.?

yes. that's why i bought it too.  it is very noisy and heats up fast, so i set up a folding table on my back porch and put the open computer case on it.  then when i blast the dust out it doesn't get in the house.  the body is steel with white paint, so it is a bit heavy.  make sure you keep the air intake vent clean.  my main concern is how hot it gets very quickly.  the first time i used it i had to take a break to let it cool down before continuing.  after the first time i could do it in one go (if you don't let the computer get filthy).  generally you just use it like canned air.

Will this work for blowing out lace curtains and lace wall decorations?  How big is it L X W X H?

There are not settings for how powerful it is, and it is pretty powerful. I am not sure as to what you are asking in terms of blowing out lace curtains or wall decorations, it sounds delicate. I am sure it will be fine to do the job.

another 2" or more on top of that if you use attachment
im thinking about 9"+ long from handle area out the blower
and around 4" is the bottom part of the can itself

Is this product ESD safe for electronics?  I anything done to keep the blown air from being charged up as it blows (i.e. ionized)?  This is common when regular plastics are used for nozzles, etc..

if you're worried about static build up, i would say to ground the case with a length of wire while blowing it out.  i've used it on several computers and audio components with no problems. of course you should know that you NEVER use blown air to clean inside an optical (cd/dvd/blu-ray) drive since it can derail the laser and damage it.
