How many hours do you get on a full charge?

I would say you get 30 mins of continuous use, perhaps an hour using some here and there.  This is about standard for a cordless vac.  We use it on the hardfloor surface, kitchen, bath, laundry room, greatroom, hallways.  Carpeted bedrooms get the Kenmore powerbrush vaccum.  Its great for hard surface, quick cleanup of dirt on floor or catlitter.  Not really so much on a carpet.  Perhaps a quick go over a low pile carpet is ok.  I don't think any of the cordless vacs give u much more than 30 mins run time.  It uses a lot of battery power to run it.  Much like a cell phone, your going to have to charge it frequently.  No matter what .... these devices are for small quick jobs.  Do not anticipate they would ever take the place of a full size vaccum - cause that's not going to happen.  It works well for what it is.  Try to get a good deal with free shipping, and it's easy to take out and use here and there ...

Lost screw that holds handle on vac. Need to know where I can get one or specs on screw?

From looking at mine, it appears to be a quarter-20 by 1.75 inch long machine screw.  You should be able to find these at a good hardware store, or building supply place like Lowe's or Home Depot. You could use a 2 inch long screw if you can't find the 1.75 inch length. It just might stick out a little more than normal, but should not hurt anything. Good luck.

How many Volts is the battery?

The battery is 14.4 volts.  2.1 amp-hours, nickel metal hydride.  It seems to have adequate power.  Hope this helps.

how long charge last?

Tough to say because I always put on charging station after use. But I am able to use continuously on carpet for an area of probably 1500sqft without needing to charge.

Question 5

I'm looking for a  replacement battery for this vacuum??
 It's been on the charger for days and still won't hold a charge for longer than 10 min. 
I tried to look it up by model number, but got no results.
