Does the fan run all the time, even when the compresser is off?

I think you can program it to run constantly if you want that to happen, but the default mode is for the fan to run when the compressor is running.  There is a neat humidity selector rocker switch that you use to choose the level of de-humidification that you want.  Again, I think the default level is 60% which is where I have left it since it seems to do a nice job at that setting.  There is also the ability to pipe the water run off directly into a drain which releases you from needing to constantly dump the water out of the reservoir.
