HOW TO USE:
SOAK YOUR FEET IN WARM WATER
for about 10 to 15 minutes to soften the skin. You can add a few drops of gentle liquid soap or foot soak to the water for added relaxation.
DRY YOUR FEET:
After soaking, pat your feet dry with a towel. Make sure your feet are completely dry before using the foot file callus remover.
START FILING:
Apply gentle pressure on the calloused or rough areas of your feet. Using Coarse (stainless steel) side to remove thick, calloused dead skin from feet
SWITCH TO THE FINE SIDE:
Once you have sufficiently exfoliated the rough areas, flip the foot file over to the fine side, (fine ceramic stone) to further smooth the foot skin.

Spray enough Foot Softener on the callus area.
Hold for one-two minutes before beginning to scrub
