No, but you can profile your laptop's display with it.

When calibrating, you are actually changing the settings in your monitor so that the colors (and brightness/contrast, etc.) are as close to reference as possible. Since laptop displays rarely provide such controls, you cannot calibrate a laptop with this or any other tool.

Creating a profile, on the other hand, allows you to create an icc file that color managed applications can use to adjust the colors they are displaying to more closely match the standard (usually sRGB). You can profile your laptop display with this tool.
