Hardware-wise? Yes... but it's best to connect via a USB 2.0 instead of USB 3.0 port.

But included software (according to mfg) doesn't list support for Windows 10, only 7, 8 and 8.1

HOWEVER, as this is one of the lower end models, the included software works OK... but only OK.

I recommend using dispcalGUI... it's freeware and very good.  Google it (Newegg doesn't allow links)

I found quite a few excellent reviews by people who take monitor calibration seriously. Personally, I was quite impressed with it and very happy with the results.
