XCLIO Amazing Fan - 18cm Red, Blue, Green & Random LED Case cooler

Pros: Great fan, moves a decent amount of air, Lights up, and comes with a fan controller.

Cons: Wrong size listed, its not a 180mm fan, its 160mm, had to modify my case alittle to make it fit in my 180mm space.

Pros: Fan controller included, LEDs look nice

Cons: I've only been running this fan for about 2 months and it has stopped spinning. I noticed a week ago that it wasn't spinning correctly in that it started cycling faster/slower/faster. I haven't isolated whether it is the controller or the fan motor, but either way this shouldn't happen on a fan this new. I emailed their support to see about an RMA.

Pros: Moves air. LED is always nice.

Cons: Broke.. see other thoughts

Overall Review: I bought an XClio Coolbox (don't think its sold anymore) because it was a good combo deal with an XClio PSU. After about 3 or 4 months the front fan (I think it is the same one as this... 180mm XClio fan, if it is a different one disregard this review) just stopped working. After pulling off the front panel and checking on the fan, i saw the power cable soldered onto the circuit board of the fan had simply come off. Don't know how it happened, seems like it was a very wimpy application of solder resin.. anyway fan is shot, i tried repairing but I couldnt, figuring id just get a replacement. I went to the website and i cant find anything about getting RMA/Replacement, but I found this fan on there. $23 for just a fan??? I realize its a special size, and comes with controller or something but JEEZ. Overall not satisfied. I did throw on an extra egg just because it did do its job well enough, and most people will probably not run into this problem.
