does it include toner cartridge?

Yes, it includes a starter toner cartridge. You should purchase a replacement cartridge soon after as the starter cartridge does not have a full load of toner.

Yes.  In fact, I have around 10 of these, all are connected via network.  For my needs, I use DHCP Reservations to keep a persistent ip address for each, and share them via a Windows server.  There is a web based configuration page where it's easy to set up all of the network options.  These come with a sharing engine so it's possible to share w/o using a printer server at all, I've never utilized that.  
They are also USB, I've had a couple of users take one on the road with them to remote jobs and demos, and of course plugging in via USB is a piece of cake (you'll just want to use the same port each time for convenience in finding the hardware).

Mine was.  Works great, the tray that comes out for checks is a little flimsy tho.
