Does this product ship with all required toner cartridges, B&W and color?

It comes with all 4 cartridges. The black, blue, red, and yellow. These cartridges have a smaller yield than new because they are starter cartridges, but I have had this printer for over a year and it works great and haven't had to replace any cartridges yet. I think they yield about 2-3000 pages as starters. New yields are usually 10000 pages.

Is this Windows 10 compatible?

Yes it is, I have installed it on several computers running Windows 10 without issue.

Question 3

Hi. Under "Specifications" Newegg has Duplex Printing as "Automatic".  Looking at the manual for the 6022, it says that the duplexing is manual.

Can anyone say for certain which it is?  This is a deal-breaker for me.  I need fully automatic duplexing.

I installed my Xerox Phaser 6022/NI printer and printed a multi page manual.  When I had the printer box come up I went to properties and elected Duplex. Hit OK and it printed all the odd pages and stopped.  Then I took the output bin without flipping it in any way and placed them in the top of the paper bin and pressed the GO button on the printer.  Worked outstanding.  PRO - no duplexer rollers to go bad (or pay for).

Question 4

How many sheets does it say for color toner cartridges. My Samsung Mono Laser I bought here on Newegg is ready for it's 1st cartridge [I'm just finishing up the toner cartridge that it came with] & I purchased it back in 2012. I believe they go by 5% coverage & it looks like all the toner cartridges are smaller. I just know that it's best to get the better name brands. My Samsung is made by Konica & I have zero issues with it. I just want to get a color laser printer & Xerox is one of the best?

Idk how many pages .. if u check Xerox site they would give u specs ..  I have this one for 2+ years and have done a fair share of prints .. I also sell the cartridges so they are not that much .. fairly cheap to operate .. minus a few features I would like auto duplex but for the price it was a great buy .. cant complain except for some specialty papers with texture pick up residual toner off the drum but regular smooth papers are beautifully printed .. I print price books and flyers for my business on it and some stuff for the kids school projects

Can this Xerox print in Black and white if color cartridges are empty?

I was able to. My initial cyan cartridge just ran out. It wouldn't let me print anything with the default settings. In Mac OS X Preview's print options, I was able to go to the Image Options section and set Output Color to Black. Then I could print.

No stupid questions, right?  I was under belief that "laser printer" meant that a medium OTHER THAN liquid ink was used..powder, stick, etc.  Has that description evolved to include liquid ink as it appears this operates on??  thanks

Does the wifi on this printer see a 5G network?

Hey Joe,  I do not believe it does and I know that I have mine connected via 2.4ghz.  That is not such a bad thing as you want better reliability and not necessarily the highest speed for your printer.   This printer by the way prints fast and has a nice quality to the print but I do have 1 complaint, when it goes into power save/sleep mode it won't usually wake up to print and I have to cycle the power on it.  I haven't checked but they may have come out with a firmware update to fix that issues.
