I'd like to use this card with dual vga monitors.  Does it have a DVI-I connector to support a dvi to vga connection adapter?

The card itself comes with one DVI connector, one VGA connector, and a central HDMI connector. It does not come with a DVI to VGA adapter. I'm just covering the bases here. But if you have a DVI to VGA adapter, yes, you should technically be able to run dual VGA monitors.

What size PS do you recommend for this card?

The bottom of the box suggests that a 400 Watt or greater power supply is recommended.  There is also an information sheet in the box stating that the card's power usage is somewhere between 50W and 99W.  I'm currently using a 500W power supply and it is working great.

Will the card operate properly with a 300 watt power supply?

That would depend on your entire build.  I normally use 400+ Watt power supplies to be safe, but if you plug in all your parts into PCPartpicker (google it), it ahould give you a recommended wattage.  If that wattage is safely below 300W, you're good.

Does this card have built in audio?

Yes it does, it's listed in device manager as AMD High Definition Audio Device. I'm using with an Intel board with onboard audio disabled connected to HDTV via HDMI. Sound is great & passed through TV to surround via TV optical output.

Im going to be running an A8 5600k APU, according to the specifications on that, it says that i can run the APU in Duel Graphics mode using certain Cards, such as the Radeon HD 6670. But i dont see anywhere on the card where it says it would support this feature. input?

It does support the dual graphics. We have built quite a few low end gaming computers using the A8 5600K and the HD 6670. It has performed quite nicely.

Hello, this graphics card doesn't need a lot of power to run it because its not the highest end card (considering its only a 1gb system that is $69) so I would think your power supply would easily handle this....

I will say however, if you plan on building a PC for gaming then its pretty useless to buy this graphics card. I have this card and I can run games like Battlefield 3 anywhere from mid to high graphics but it has some frame drops and other issues. Your power supply is capable of running a better graphics cards if you can afford it. If you want a good gaming experience I would recommend paying at least $100 and at most $200 for a nice graphics card. You shouldn't need any graphics card above $200 unless you are looking for intense graphics from the new next gen games and such and then you would have to step up your power supply. I hope this helps and if not i'm sorry. haha

I have mine running on an hp with a 300 watt supply, I guess as long as your not powering too many other components you should be alright.

the short answer is yes, currently running it in my pci-e 2.0 and have had no problems with games on the graphical levels of dark souls, or skyrim . great value for what you pay

I have successfully been using this card with both Windows 8 x64 and Windows 8.1 x64 in a dual monitor configuration, 23" screens at 1920 X 1080.  My environment is strictly used for work related tasks so I cannot speak to any kind of performance in gaming or media.
