I'm not sure what you mean by "Low profile", but this card takes up two "spaces" in the back panel of my case and extends to the "other side" of the ATX mother board. The two fans point down toward the bottom of the case. There are power connectors on the card that stick out toward the case door on the left side of the case. Make sure your power supply can handle this card.
