Pros: Lower profile fits in my old Cooler Master ATX Mid-tower perfectly. Bigger than stock Intel heat-sink/fan, so I'm assuming better. Fairly easy to assemble if you are good at puzzles.
Cons: Instructions, as other have mentioned, are a bit confusing. The hardest part was understanding how to install the rubber "anti-vibration" grommets and place the fan onto the heat-sink with them. Took me an extra 15 mins to figure that out and the instructions show one picture that isn't very helpful. You have to shove/twist the rubber grommets into the four corner-holes of the fan, then slide the top of a corner heatsink blade through the slot in the bottom of the grommets. You have to have the grommets twisted into the correct position to do this. None of this is shown/mentioned in the instructions.
Overall Review: Other than the annoying rubber grommets, the rest of the parts were easy to assemble and install and this heat-sink is working well with my Intel i5 2500 CPU and my ASUS P8P67 LE LGA 1155 motherboard.
