How do you tell which way the air flow is? So I know which way to face them in my case?

You can spin the fan by hand and feel which direction it's blowing. Also you can install it, turn on the computer and feel the air flow. You may have take it out and reverse the fan.  Finally the blade starts on one edge of the fan and curves down to the other side of the fan.  It is blowing in the direction of the high point.  The fan in the picture is blowing towards you with the logo facing the same direction.

Since it wasn't listed in the specifications; would you be kind enough to tell us what the Wattage or Amps are for an individual fan?

If you look at the back of the fan picture you can clearly see that it's a 12V fan that uses .2A...
