Question 1

Could I lay this horizontally and use it as a desktop PC? Would there be  any issues with overheating if i did so?

Yes, The only issue(s) I had with the case are:

1. No front accessible drive bays (any size)
2. USB 3.0 connectors only to the front.

Overhearing horizontal or vertical is based on what you might put in. There was a space for an additional fan. The one in there is pretty big. Horizontal or Vertical won't make a difference as long as airflow is not restricted and you are not putting some monster processor and filling the drive bays with large drives. Standard desktop no issues. I have a similar case with a 6 processor, 16 GB RAM, and 3 drives plus to DVD Writers. No overheating there.

Question 2

Does this case have a power button? I don't see one in any of the images.

Yes. The buttons on on top in the front. Smooth and flush with led lights. Honestly this case is better than most $80 cases if not just as good.

Question 3

Is this compatable with a standard sized power supply or does the power supply have to be specifically for a micro atx motherboard/this case?

Micro-Atx is just referring to the motherboard size and dimensions of the case not the power supply. In this case any standard ATX power supply will fit this case.

Question 4

In specs says "Front connectors: 1xUSB3, 2xUSB2", but I only see on the pictures 1xUSB3 and 1xUSB2... What am I missing?

Yeah I was expecting it too have two as well but when I got it. It only had two. One USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0 plus the audio and mix connections. But other than the missing USB port this is a nice tower. I built a system using this tower for my boss and she loves it and hasn't had any issues.

Question 5

I will be adding 2x 2.5 inch hard drives.  One will be an SSD and another will be an HHD. Can I insert them into this case without purchasing a 3.5 --> 2.5 module?

HDDs and SSDs are mounted on the "wall" the you see when you take off the side panel on the left side. There is a mount for a 2.5 and a 3.5 drive that uses the bottom screw holes of an HDD/SSD. To answer your question, no, an adapter would be needed in order to made it properly fit into this case. Please note that the case itself is very well build for the price and I have recommended it for countless builds. I hope this helps you out.

Can the blue LED on the fan be disabled?

You can replace the fan with another 120 mm fan or physically cut the led wire on the fan. Either way, be very careful removing the fan, the clips can be easily bent or broken. The case only comes with the 1 intake fan. If you are using this case for a constant running pc I would recommend an exhaust fan as well

can I fit a hyper 212 Evo in this?

You cannot fit most larger aftermarket coolers in this tower. its a standard size mid case. My GTX 960 GPU sits about an inch from the case cover. The Evo 212 will not fit inside this case, but the smaller T2 would be more likely. I purchased the Arctic Freezer 7 and was fairly satisfied with its performance.

Question 8

Can a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo fit in this fan? I know that the 212 is notorious for being efficient but big, so I just wanted to make sure.

On the build we did we used stock fan, now it was still a tight fit so it will be a close call if able, might need to mod the case worst case. This case is SMALL, but very good air flow for the size.

Question 9

there is no optical drive  bay , what I have to do to install  dvd drive?

I use optical drives any longer. most of my software can be found online. i installed windows using a dvd, of course. i hooked the drive up while leaving the case open. then removed it when i was finished installing all my disk drivers (for motherboard, LAN, graphics card, etc)
I really like how cheap this decent looking case is, but the inside is very very small and i recommend not getting it. i had a very difficult time installing all the parts and the hard drives have only one side of support. they just kinda hang there. if i had known this, i would have passed up the case. also, most motherboards do not have usb 3.0 headers on them. i have yet to see 1 that does. so having a 3.0 slot up front it pretty useless since its not installed without a special pci card.

Question 10

What connector does the preinstalled fan have? The motherboard I am planning on getting only has two fan headers, one 3 pin and one 4 pin. Just wanted to check which one I'm gonna have to buy separately.

You can use either one because the plugs and headers are compatible with each other. But the supplied fan more than likely has a 3 pin plug.
