XIXUBX Espresso Machine-Enjoy Your Coffee Time
The machine is running but no water is coming out and I can't make coffee, what's going on?
1. Please make sure the water tank is placed correctly.
2. For first time use, please follow the user guide.
3. When the water tank is empty and refill the tank, please release steam for 5-10 seconds before using the brewing function normally.
Why isn’t the temperature of the coffee hot enough?
If your coffee doesn’t taste hot enough, it may be caused by not running a pre-heating cycle before brewing. Please try pre-heating the brew head, tubes, portafilter, and your mug by brewing a double espresso without adding any ground coffee.
Is there any tips for making milk foam?
1.Use whole milk
2.Please don't insert the steam wand deep into the milk. To achieve the best frothing result, insert the steam wand in the milk, just blew the surface
3.Please keep the steam wand at a 30-60° angle to the surface of the milk
Why do some machines come with a silicone plug while others don’t?
Different production batches may vary slightly. Some include a silicone plug, others don’t, but this does not affect use or performance.
