Will this fit in a Gigabyte A390 MB? I mean it will connect but the heat-sink that covers the slot may need to stay removed since the heat-sink on the chip is wonky

It fits in my Aorus Elite board. You need the standoff and screw since it's shorter and is 80mm. Yes I removed the Gigabyte heatsink. Couldn't see a way to use it. Have had no issues with the XPG and it's heatsink as is.

Will this fit and work in ASUS Tuf gaming B550 gen4 slot? And does it have it’s own heat sink?

The XPG GAMMIX Gaming SSD S11 Pro Series has its own heat sink. However, it uses a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface, so it will work in a PCIe Gen4 slot but not at Gen4 speeds.

will this fit in a laptop (rog g14)?

I don't have a ROG G14, but from what I see online :
- the form factor is the right one;
- remove the heat spreader held in lace with 2 strips of double sided tape

Does this come with any mounting screws?

No. The mounting screw(s) for m.2 drives should have come with your motherboard.
