What is the airflow rate?

I never got an actual number fot this, all i know is that when i placed my hand on top after pluging it in, the fans and everything worked well, the amount of air being moved for a 6 fan setup was just...underwhelming to say the least.

Is there a DECIBEL db rating?

I cannot answer your question with an actual noise rating, however, I can tell you that when the fans in my laptop turn on to cool the laptop down, they drown out the fan noise of the cooling pad.
