What type of cooling does it have is it a fan or perhaps liquid cooling?

I recommend adding one fan to the front of the case. Mine had only 2 of the 3 slots with fans upon purchase and it was running a little warm. I added a fan and it's been running much cooler.

Has the issue of no video been a problem in the past 3 months or has the manufacturer fixed the problems?

We haven't had any issue with the GPU. It continues to work well.

Can the lights in the fans be turned off?

The lights and fans can be turned off via the included remote; however, it is better to use the Asus armoury crate software to turnoff off the lights allowing the fans to still move air... the off button on the remote will stop the fans from moving.  To sync the lights with the motherboard ARGB software, hold down the "M" button on the remote for a few seconds.  To control the lights on the GPU (I believe all of these configurations come with a Gigabyte RTX 3070 TI) download "RBG Fusion".  The GBU lights can be turned on or off.

the 16gb that came with my unit was 2 ADATA  AD5U48008G-B
 I upgraded to CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 4800 (PC5-38400) C40 1.1V and added a Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB NVMe M.2 Internal Solid State Hard Drive. worked great as received, now does everything I need it to do.
