How to use: Connect the USB cable to the headband and tie it to the head. After plugging the USB port into the power supply, click the button to display red light, click again for green light, click again for blue light, and the heating can be turned off when press again.
Caution: Do not wear it when you are sleeping to avoid burn due to long time wearing.
