Use the app to choose from 9 preset recipe modes, timer mode, or target temperature mode. The front food-sensing section measures 32-212°F, while the back-end temperature area supports up to 518°F for grill or oven heat monitoring. The probe samples every 10 seconds and supports Celsius/Fahrenheit switching. Designed for everyday BBQ, oven, smoker, roasting, grilling, and kitchen cooking, the probe features stainless steel and PEEK materials, a 5.12 in length, 0.24 in diameter, USB-C charging stand, and IP68-rated probe protection.
